If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to coordinate a new delivery. Please note: additional delivery fees may apply.

Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate (including address, phone number, and access instructions) to avoid any delays.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information, we may not be able to issue a refund.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and personalized nature of our products (flowers, gourmet items, chocolates, etc.), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared and/or delivered.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and offer the best possible solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund — depending on the case and product condition.
