These Terms govern the use of the website and social media platforms operating under the trade name Zulove. Reserved Rights: Zulove reserves the right to refuse access or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Zulove / “Website”: Refers to www.zulovee.com, Zulove, and Infini Z Group Corp.
“Client”: Any individual or entity purchasing Zulove products or services.

Data Collection: Zulove collects personal data (e.g., names, addresses, contact information) solely for order processing, communication, and promotional purposes.

Data Confidentiality: Personal data is not shared with third parties unless required by applicable laws in Puerto Rico or the United States.
Customer Rights: Clients may request data updates or deletion. Zulove responds within 5–7 business days.
4. Sales Policy
Binding Agreement: All purchases are subject to these Terms.
Product Availability: Product inventory is updated regularly. If an item becomes unavailable, Zulove will notify the client and offer a refund or alternative.
Pricing and Payment Methods: Prices are listed in USD. Zulove accepts credit/debit cards, PayPal, and ATH Móvil, processed securely via Stripe/Shopify.
5. Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
Refunds: Optional: Refunds are not available for personalized or customized products. Standard products, services, and promotions are non-refundable.
Damaged/Defective Products: Claims must be submitted within 5 hours of delivery, including photographic proof and a description of the issue. Valid claims may result in replacement or store credit.
Processing Time: Zulove evaluates claims within 3–5 business days.

6. Return Policy
No Returns: Optional: Due to the perishable nature of Zulove products, returns are not accepted after delivery.
7. Cancellation Policy
Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date for store credit.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 7 days of delivery may be eligible for partial credit, depending on the production stage.
Custom/Urgent Orders: Custom or urgent orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If a client is unsatisfied with a product or service, they must contact Zulove within 5 hours of delivery. Zulove will evaluate the concern and propose a resolution as appropriate.
9. Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
Orders must be placed at least 1 to 2 days in advance. Same-day delivery may be available for select products.
Shipping:
Delivery is available across Puerto Rico. Shipping fees vary by location and are displayed at checkout.
Delivery:
Zulove strives to meet requested delivery windows but cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Delays:
In cases of confirmed delays, partial or full refunds may be issued.
10. Allergen Notification
Zulove facilities handle nuts, chocolates, flowers, and other potential allergens. Clients must notify Zulove in advance of any allergies to ensure appropriate precautions.

Restrictions: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Zulove’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Zulove shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation strikes, or power outages.
18. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation prior to pursuing legal action. If mediation fails, legal proceedings shall follow the terms outlined in Section 16.
